Synergie’s intelligent energy metering and monitoring service, coupled with our utilities auditing service, is key to the delivery of cost and efficiency savings in energy, water and waste. Through a range of initiatives, we help companies make more informed decisions about their energy usage, leading to a potentially significant saving in utilities costs.
In keeping with the company’s innovative nature, Synergie has recently added Energy Performance Certification of buildings to their portfolio, making it one of the first firms in Scotland to offer this service. Following the certification work, and where appropriate, our building assessment service can deliver cost-effective upgrades to structure and plant.
Synergie also takes the credit for drawing up HIE’s Sustainable Construction Plan, the blueprint by which HIE will undertake all their developments in the coming years.
