Synergie's Project Management Service
Synergie staff are dedicated to the project management role, supporting clients with our broad range of technical experience in architecture, engineering, environmental management, surveying, planning and cost management. Our project management team also offers a project control extranet facility, ensuring that clients can access all project information via the web and be fully engaged in the decision making process.
Synergie is the Prime Consultant to Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) for all their construction work across the entire HIE network, successfully delivering key projects such as the new Centre for Health Science at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.
Synergie Projects is active in all aspects of capital asset procurement and management, delivering successful projects to all our clients. With core expertise in project management, design management, contract management and cost management, we provide a full range of services to take a project from inception through to completion in a wide range of construction areas, from civil engineering to renewable energy projects and commercial premises.
Our portfolio contains highly engineered and specialist facilities. Innovative use of information and communication technology, environmental engineering and sustainability compliance ensure that our clients achieve a complete building solution which exceeds their operational requirements, meets their corporate aspirations and will ensure that asset value is maximised.
We provide services under Single Contracts, Term Appointments and Framework Agreements. Current projects range from £100k to £23M in size, and sectors range through office, education, research, industrial, community, heritage, site servicing, marine works, and renewable energy installations. All contracts are currently run using the NEC suite of contracts but Synergie has the experience to work with many other types of recognised standard construction contracts.
Using our dedicated training facility, we continue to run various courses covering all aspects of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD, to continuously improve our service delivery.
